A:If you want our regular model for a few pcs, there is no MOQ, we have stock for you. If your models is customized, we have MOQ base on your requirement.
2.Q: How long is the Lead time?
A:Usually we make 1 40'HQ of our regular models in 20 days, if your order is less than 100pcs, we may have stock for you.
3.Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Usually 30% deposit before production, and 70%balance against B/L.
4. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:OUHE Furniture is located in Sanlian Industry, Gulao Town, Heshan. It takes around 1 hour from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport or Lecong Market to our factory.
5.Q: Do you have showroom?
A:Yes, Our factory have a 3 0,000 square meter, showroom in Longjiang and Lecong. There is an extensive range of airport chair, office sofa, auditorium chair and tea table on display, and due to the quantity of our wide range of products, some of models are not shown there.
6.Q: Can I order one set as sample first?
A: Yes, sure can provide sample before order confirmed.
7.Q: Can you arrange the shipment to our country?
A: Yes, just kindly let me know your destination port. Then we can arrange the shipment to you.
8.Q: Do you offer customized product service?
A: Yes, customize product is available in our factory. We have our own technological and design team to study the new item. Send your design pictures or idea to us, let us know your requirement.
9.Q: How does your factory do regarding the quality control?
A:Quality is priority. We always attach great attention to quality control from the every beginning to the end of the production. Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before packing and shipping.
